1-2-Invest is a trading name of 1-2-Move.

In Instances where 1-2-Move LTD does negotiate any deal prior to referral, the following will apply:
- 1-2-Move LTD will refer appropriate properties to the investor.
- 1-2-Move LTD will take appropriate steps to make each investor aware of the current market value, and investment potential for each property. Where possible, appropriate comparables will be shown. No guarantees can be given as to the future value or saleability of any property.
- 1-2-Move LTD will take appropriate steps to make each investor aware of the rental income of similar properties in the area.. Where possible, appropriate comparables will be shown. No guarantees can be given as to the actual rental income of each property.
- 1-2-Move LTD will take appropriate steps to make each investor aware of the condition of each property prior to agreeing to purchase. Where possible, appropriate evidence will be shown. No guarantees can be given as to the condition of any property.
- 1-2-Move LTD will take appropriate steps to ascertain the construction type and structural integrity of each property. Where possible, appropriate evidence will be shown. No guarantees can be made as to the construction type, or structural integrity of any property.
- The investor is obliged to purchase the property, at the agreed price, as agreed by 1-2-Move LTD.
- The investor will cover the legal fees of the vendor during the transaction to a maximum of £500.
- The investor agrees to pay 2.5% of the purchase price to 1-2-Move as a finders fee. This fee is due within 28 days of the referral to the investor. This fee is payable on every property. Interest will be charged on any over-due balance at Bank of England base rate + 4.25%.
- The investor agrees to notify 1-2-Invest of all details relating to the transaction. This includes; Name & Address for both parties, Solicitor details for both parties, Completion dates, Sources of Finance. This information will be used to audit purposes as well as complying with current legislation.
In Instances where 1-2-Move LTD does not negotiate any deal prior to referral, the following will apply:
- 1-2-Move LTD will refer appropriate properties to the investor.
- 1-2-Move LTD will notify investor of approximate market value of any property. Where possible, appropriate comparables will be shown. No guarantees can be given as to the future value or saleability of any property.
- 1-2-Move LTD will notify investor of approximate rental income for similar properties in the local area. Where possible, appropriate comparables will be shown. No guarantees can be given as to the actual rental income of each property.
- 1-2-Move LTD will take appropriate steps to ascertain the construction type and structural integrity of each property. Where possible, appropriate evidence will be shown. No guarantees can be made as to the construction type, or structural integrity of any property.
- The investor is obliged to purchase the property that is referred by 1-2-Move LTD

- 1-2-Move LTD will actively market the business through Internet, Newspaper and Direct-Mail shots.
- 1-2-Move LTD will allow investors to actively market within their own area. The investor must use company approved literature only.
- The investor must only display the company contact details and address details. All initial contact will be handled by 1-2-Move LTD. It will then be referred to the appropriate investor.
- The investor acknowledges that failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in legal action. Wherever possible, 1-2- Move LTD will seek to recover any loss as a result of legal action.
- In the even that the investor fails to comply with the invoice terms of 28 days, interest will be charged on any over-due balance at Bank Of England base rate + 4.25%. A credit recovery company will be instructed. Wherever possible, 1-2-Move LTD will seek to recover the costs of such action.
